Professor Stuart Winter has over 5 years of medico-legal experience as a consultant. He sees patients and prepares medico-legal reports on a regular basis and has undergone training in Court Room Skills, Clinical Negligence and report writing organised by Specialist Info and Bond Solon. He is a member of the Faculty of Expert Witnesses.
Professor Winter has prepared several hundred injury reports, with an emphasis on Tinnitus, Hearing loss, Nasal Injury and Noise Induced Hearing Loss (NIHL). In addition, he prepares regular clinical negligence reports (approx 1 per month) in his areas of sub-specialty expertise. He has considerable experience preparing joint expert reports and attending case conferences with counsel, both in clinical negligence and personal injury cases.
